alright today went well, another hodgepodge of everything need to kill myself for the week off.
Started with bent over rows made it to 105.
Did lat pull downs made it to 165
Did stairs with DB&Plates it went 70-80-100
wasn't getting enough from the stairs it was too easy.
Played a game of racket ball in between stairs and leg press.
Went to leg press did
355 with ease. New Max.
after leg press was Standing curls.
new max of 100
Moved to Hack Squats for hams and man did i feel it at 155.
Lastly was Core and that was it.
All in all today was great, my strength is out of this world and give that to Jack3d, but the itching/tingling was back again after trying half of it 30 min before and then the other half when we started. So i'm going to cut my dosage in half back to one scoop tomorrow, then it'll be a week off so i should be able to resolve anything when i get back by starting small. If nothing else it's good bye to the amazing jack3d. lol
Tomorrow will be chest and core. Nothing else going to murder bench!
