Lol, hey I havent' been having gas hahah. Well other than on that last set of deadlifts lol.

Not quite, on a cut if you restrict carbs enough then you will undoubtably be using at least some protein for energy. What the extra protein does is it provides your body with fuel while still leaving your body with enough left over to carry out it's normal tasks.

So i'm going to turn this into a log and i'm going to try to stay strict and log it every night, even though i see myself slacking.
I pretty much need a kick in the ass to eat correctly, and i think if post what i eat it'll be that kick.

We'll start with this, i'm using layne norton's power/hypertrophy 5 day split.
and my supplements are:
Black Powder by MRI
and 100% Whey

So here is today.
Being the 4th I hung out and went to the movies, meaning day off.

Eating was ****ty. Hamburgers for lunch and steak for dinner with a salad.

Two meals, yeah two. I know.
I'm working on it.
My metabolism is slow as ****, but i was eating 6 meals and the weight just wouldn't drop off, but i stop eating 6, and cut it to 3 i drop 15lbs in 3 weeks like it's nothing. and it continues to come off, while my strength is still growing.

Tomorrow will be as follow : Wake up around noon-ish go to the gym at 1 ish.
Tomorrow will start the week with Upper Power.
Barbell bench
Barbell rows
Military Press
Barbell shrugs

Will post sometime tomorrow with how it goes.

I do HIIT rarely, not enough. lol

Today i woke up about 1230, and just felt lethargic after the late night last night. So ended up deciding against the gym, which could change bc i don't work until 6 PM tonight.

food so far was 2 scrambled eggs and a protein shake for lunch time breakfast

Not even a little carbs? Try to have something like 20-30g carbs in there too. I'd start doing HIIT too, you'll get a good rush after them.

I use the 90 second rice all the time, live saver bc boiling rice is boring and time consuming.
I eat a lot of grilled chicken when i have time to grill which isn't often lately.

Today i have the day off, So i'm chilling during the day and going to the gym tonight.
I'm still on upper power, and will post back on how it goes.

Body Fat testing Wednesday.
The most recent picture is posted, i don't see much change, but maybe you guys will. i think there's a three week split between them.

Cut out that cheese if i were you. Not the best fats in that and you could do without the calories.
so you can see, my breakfast lately is:

35g protein shake with water and 5g BCAA powder mixed in
Multi Vitamin tablet
500mg Vitamin C tablet
1/2 oats mixed with water with a little sweetener
2 fried eggs on one piece of wholemeal toast, eggs are fried using 0 calorie spray oil crap.

Perfect way to start off a day while on a cut :)

600 calories overall. Lovely jubbly.

so you can see, my breakfast lately is:

35g protein shake with water and 5g BCAA powder mixed in
Multi Vitamin tablet
500mg Vitamin C tablet
1/2 oats mixed with water with a little sweetener
2 fried eggs on one piece of wholemeal toast, eggs are fried using 0 calorie spray oil crap.

Perfect way to start off a day while on a cut :)

600 calories overall. Lovely jubbly.
Yeah I knew i should've gone with out it but oh well, it adds a lot of taste.
I thinking i'm going to try some rice and eggs tomorrow, sounds like it would make a good pair.
I've never been a fan of oats, never. lol
What are the alternatives to those, how bad are grits?

Today's workout was good, but long. Went like this:
Barbell Bench
Military press
Barbell Rows
Barbell Shrugs
Sounds like nothing but i probably did more rest today than lifting bc it's a power day and i wanted to be sure i was getting everything out of it.
Then did HIIT on Treadmill and rowing machine.

About to cook, and will then post.
And no lunch today.
But New weight of 180.4 which means another 5 lbs GONE!

Nice big dinner man. Not sure if you need that shake there though. That chicken breast already has 66g of protein in it which is PLENTY. Cut the shake and save yourself the MONEY and CALORIES.

Hope im helping.

If you don't like oats mix a half cup with a packet of oatmeal to give it some sweetened flavor.
