Does your school have a gym? Do any of your friends have cars? Could you ride a bike? There has to be a way.

When I FIRST started out at 13-14 all I was doing back then was deadlifts, clean and jerk, military press, and bench press with a York Olympic set and bench combo. BEST damn way to go "old school" in my opinion, just get out and get a set of weights- there must be craigslist online in your area, if not send for a York set- they still have a 1-800# google it... Hopefully this works, lots of other guys said great stuff as well!

I remember when my gym closed down back in June of 05 when i lived in NY.

I got cheated 9 months out of a year membership because of that.

Currently,i dont belong to a gym,and i havent,ever since that June of 05.

But thus far,i've done quite well for myself i think.

I use sturdy dinner chairs for dips, the outside deck for pullups, and the weights i have of course, which is quite adequete.I only have this cheapie bench so i dont do heavy benching.Actually,i only use the bench to do Hamstring Curls and sometimes,a few sets of DB flys.

One handed pushups or weighted pushups are quite good in place of BB Benchpress,as well as weighted dips of course..I've used my DB's for benching as well but with that,my forearms get so sore because of the initial heaving up from the floor part.I have the oldschool style adjustable collared DB's.I do seated curls on the bench as well.

Sometimes,i'll incorporate DB Rows but usually,i'm pretty content with just doing a pile of pullups for back and lats.Another thing i use is a Total Gym clone i ordered way back in 2002 from hsn. It's called "The Body Former".
I was doing bench presses a few days ago with my "hammer grip barbell" latched onto the handles of the machine with an added 65 lbs.I can add up to an extra 100 lbs being that i weigh 180 and the max capacity on the machine is 280.

My brother has an "iron gym" as well and i use that..I Like the hammer grip pullups option on that thing...Also,I did a particularly effective quad and hamstring workout 5 days ago.7 sets of hamstring curls followed by 5 sets of pistol squats..Then,i did single legged 50 lb db calve raises the next day and jogged around my yard a bit with the 50 lb db...Really,i just dont feel a definite need for a gym..I use my heavybag quite a bit now that the weathers nice as well.

If you put you're mind to it,the sky's the limit even without a gym.

Heck,i'll put the link to my channel while i'm at it.
