Well,between school and sports and being hectic I need to form a eating schedule that will help me build muscle and lose fat.
I can put in about 2-3 hours of workout everyday on whole day weekends (sunday is rest day though)
I seriously do not know what to eat, how much,how often, what supplements to take,if any.
Can anyone help me kind of figure this out.
I am willing to sacrifice everything including flavor (lol?)
I will be a senior next year and I want to impress some prospects as well as finally go to states in track this time ._.
Times I can eat:
Before 6 am (probably have 20 minutes)'
Noon
then anytime after 6pm.
