Hey, ive been bulking for the past 5 months or so and have gone from 180-225 in that span. Im 6 feet and 225 pounds. I have been on a 5000 calorie a day diet for the majority of that time. My body fat hovers around 15%. I am looking to start my cutting phase asap. Does anyone have some tips on a good cut program that would allow me to maintain a weight of approximately 215lbs?
Normal daily diet as of right now looks like
Breakfast
2 bagels w/light cream cheese, coffee
2nd Meal
3 hamburger patties - 1 whole wheat wrap - 500ml chocolate milk
3rd Meal
Quick Mass - 1010 cal shake post lift
4th Meal
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, BBQ sauce 12 egg whites, 1 sweet potatoe, 500ml chocolate milk
5th Meal
2 cups Go lean cereal, 1 tub of yogourt
6th Meal
1 serving of muscle milk
Would I lose drastic amounts of size if i just started consuming around 3000 calories a day? any food specific tips or training schedules would be wicked thanks
