Need A new split.. PLZ help

Currently doing this split:
Monday-Chest & Abs
Tuesday-Bis & Legs
Wednsday- Shoulders & Forearms
Thursday-Tris & Legs
Friday-Back & Abs
Sat. Sun. Off

Lookiing for some change in my split.. About to take asteroid stack and looking to make major gains...Any suggestions? Would like to stay with a 5 day split 2 days off.

why not lol all i can do is tell you my split because i can't tell you what split to do when there are 100s mine is
monday- legs
tuesday- chest/abs
wednesday- back
thursday- shoulders/calves
friday- arms
this works awsome for me as long as your intense and heavy most splits will work fine

asteroid stack will speed your recovery from workouts i feel with working out once a week body part training your fully recovered by the next time you hit the muscle group anyway so your losing some of its advantage,

Im a huge proponant of high frequency training i feel you could try something like this

Mon-chest/shoulders/triceps
Tue-back/biceps
Wed-legs
Thu-chest/shoulders/triceps/biceps
Fri-back/legs

Everyone is going to throw a different split at you so pick one you like and run with it

^^ thats 2 much on thursdays im thinking...

MAyb something like this:
Monday: Chest, Bis, Abs
Tuesday:Back, Tris
Wednsday:Legs, Shoulders, Abs
Thursday:Chest, Arms
Friday:Back, Shoulders
Sat & Sunday OFF

** OR do you think this is 2 much for one week... although the supps. are suppost to aid in the recovery.. ?

^ If you look at friday it would be the bigger day going on the size of muscle groups the thing with those splits is you have to use a lower volume to which many people find hard to accept

my split monday chest tues back weds legs thurs shoulders/calves friday arms sat maybe traps n calves depending on how they were hit previously. also try to do abs like mon thurs sat. this split allows me to go balls out on each body part. at 43 when i try push pull split or upper lower i dont have stamina to hit those last body parts hard enough. i use this split for bulking. mytraining partner is irish. his pix are on here. this split works! also if you feel need to work an extra muscle group theres plenty of room and your not in the gym all day.
