I did the program for about a month and a half. If you are trying to loose weight, cut, or increase your stamina level it's great. As for body building and putting on mass the weight routines are by far not intense enough. When I first started the program I had to stop a few times during the routines because my body wasn't use to it. After a month I could do every workout no problem. It's all about training you're body and getting use it. I went back to lifting heavy and eating alot and the only thing I still use from the program is the Ab Ripper X, that routine is golden for building up your abdominals.

cosign with Chris T...i used it for 6 weeks and lost about 10 pounds, got cut as ****. Its good for conditioning cuz its all fat burning exercises (weight lifting combined with cardio). However the sets are all really high for all muscle groups and the only chest workouts given are pushups. so dont be using it if ur trying to get bigger (even though u might look 'bigger' from losing fat). the core workouts are fantastic though and the yoga is pretty good. ask Zir Red (guy on this forum) about p90x. he seems to really be against it and he will tell u why
