I really haven't been to too many wrestling matches, so I wanna know is there a lot of smack-talk that goes on around there?

Hah, yeah on the varsity level, some people talk a lot of smack, even the coaches do.
And yeah, I try to intimidate them sometimes with my muscles, haha.
Match today, won it, easy pin.
Had a pretty good work out today. Random **** but pretty good. This is all I can remember.
Full power cleans
95x5
135x5
175x3
185x1
195x1
205xmiss
135x5
I can't do a good technique snatch anymore since I haven't been doing them lately so I did overhead squats with the bar and did some snatches with just the bar to get my technique down again.
Seated dumbbell curls 1 set of 6 reps with 40 lb dbs.
Concentration curls 1 set of 6 reps with 30 lb db.
Bench press 135 x 10
Neck machine, don't remember how many sets, probably like 6 for 10 reps each.
Back bridges on my head, held them for some amount of seconds. Started doing it with weights and went up to 35 lb. Everyone was looking at me like I was crazy and they were all like wtf are you doing? haha. But back bridges are great exercises for your neck and lower back. Research a little on the exercise and you'll learn it's good for your neck and won't harm you. It's probably the best exercise to strengthen your neck.
Then I did some shrugs on the chest press machine. Went up to 270 lb for 10 reps. 6 sets around there.
Then I did this exercise where it's sort of like a seated cable row except it's with a rope and on a high pulley and you're almost lying on your back. Did 97.5 lb for 8-10 reps, 3 sets.
There was more exercises like front squats and jerks and such which went along with some of the power clean sets.
