hey guys i am back... anyways... not into the getting big scene, want to tone down and look ripped and cutdown my legs...

would running everyday or every few days help slim down my legs...?

lol i cant fit in my nudie's!

anyways some new supps i wanna try during my workout or sports

what do you think? worth it?

not really been on supps... just eatin. but i have noticed that my size on helps me alot with my recovery.... big time. i couldnt even move my abs and had to stay crunched, since it was sooo sore. took it and today i can sorta move freely a bit more.

any ways also looking for something new for protien. on syntha 6 right now and damn... i am sick of the taste... going nuts...any thing you guys reccomend?

and i am taking all my pills. lol

vitamins
oils
joint supp
etc

Joint supps are a waste of money.

More to the question at hand... any form of cardio can decrease bodyfat if it is paired with healthy nutrition. You can't spot reduce fat, so just because you are working your legs, doesn't mean that your legs exclusively will be cut. It's a whole body kind of thing, and it only comes with proper diet and training.

Get larger ones, why would you purposefully want to cause catabolize your legs? Fitness mags have bodybuilders in them that are more feasable "natural", bodybuilding mags have men juiced up to high levels in them.
