not really been on supps... just eatin. but i have noticed that my size on helps me alot with my recovery.... big time. i couldnt even move my abs and had to stay crunched, since it was sooo sore. took it and today i can sorta move freely a bit more.
any ways also looking for something new for protien. on syntha 6 right now and damn... i am sick of the taste... going nuts...any thing you guys reccomend?

Get larger ones, why would you purposefully want to cause catabolize your legs? Fitness mags have bodybuilders in them that are more feasable "natural", bodybuilding mags have men juiced up to high levels in them.
