I got 1 month to loose 5 kg.
My stats-
muscle mass-32.4 kg
fat mass- 23.3 kg
bmr- 1613 Kcal

Diet is in a usually 1:1 ratio of protein to carbs with What yol might call 'Indian Bread' and oats on top 4 carbs, and chicken, whey and meat in der for protein.
i eat every 2-4 hrs
around half a cup of veggies on average per meal

btw, goin on diet in which i m gonna eat half of wut i normally eat for 3 days n den for the 4th, eat normally. no complicated diets for me!!
and guys, read the damn post!!

yep, this threads dead......
anyways, cldnt keep up to date cus net wus down. now training fullbody, finish within 35 mins.
post workout 1 scoop whey n 1 scoop dextrose. bin training hard this last week. 2 moro gonna get bak to 4 day split. also gonna deload
