Diet is in a usually 1:1 ratio of protein to carbs with What yol might call 'Indian Bread' and oats on top 4 carbs, and chicken, whey and meat in der for protein.
i eat every 2-4 hrs
around half a cup of veggies on average per meal
btw, goin on diet in which i m gonna eat half of wut i normally eat for 3 days n den for the 4th, eat normally. no complicated diets for me!!

post workout 1 scoop whey n 1 scoop dextrose. bin training hard this last week. 2 moro gonna get bak to 4 day split. also gonna deload
