Suggestion??

Ok.

I'm 20 years old, been working out a few months now and need some advice!

My diet is finally down right and my workout is good!!

I'm currently taking PHD Synergy Iso-07 which is an all in one with protein, creating and glutamines.

Was wondering whether this is any good or whether i should be on anything else to help with decent gains? I'd love to take all that seperatly but can get quite pricey!

Hmm, im not a fan of all in one products however PHD are suppose to be quite a respected company back in britain (never tried them myself). Personally I would just buy the protein and creatine sepperatly and forget the glutamine. Glutamine is useless towards muscle building unless administerd by an IV.

Also stay as far away from maximuscle as possible

If you need help trying to get cheap supps just ask! im sure I can find a cheap deal somewhere.

Ok thats cool thanks a lot much appreciated! Now im naturally quite a slim build (ectomorph) so putting on the weight is quite hard! Was thinking of maybe getting on a weight gain to pack on the pounds?? Was looking at something like Mutant mass?? Any suggestions??

I think it was mutant mass I used a while ago, or maybe monster mass. I cant remember, there both from the same company anyway. Well it tasted ok, easily drinkable but not amazing. Worked pretty well! pretty cheap aswell from what I can remember so go for it imo.
