Game Day

1 mcdonals apple pie (felt sick during most the match and afterwards unfortunely)

Other thoughts
We won the game 5-2 which is a good result however the next four games are going to be hard!!! Played amazing, got two goals and an assist. The first goal I ran past about 3 players and put it past the keeper 1 on 1, the second I recieved it from a corner and hit it straight in under the bar. It was a beast of a shot lol

Way Cool dude!- that sounds like a great game and a most excellent shot - must have been a rush! And very cool that u got your mug on the e-zine! Your parents will be spreading that all over the UK no doubt! Gotta ask about the uncooked rice - what's up w/ that - never heard of it before. maybe go for a Subway sandwhich instead of the 4 granola bars pre game - mite help yor stomach.

Also gotta ask: u really like the MacDonald's Pie????? This is America dude, and you're livin in the "heartland" You gotta find some young sweetie to bake u a REAL American apple pie!

it was an amazing shot lol, with the rice I mean its 1/2 a cup uncooked... then i cook it and eat it.

My college doesnt seem to realise how important nutrition is for sports and feed us like ****, I hate it! For long journeys they give us sack lunches full of candy and crap like that! No wonder all the teams suck apart from us, and thats only because of a few of the players on the soccer team. I believe ouyr football team is one of the worst in the nation lol, we outscored them one week hahaha. It was hilarious!!!

hahahaha - can't believe I misunderstood that! I was thinking, "so if he eats uncooked rice, it must absorb all the water in his system....Hmmm that's got to taste nasty going down!" Hilarious - glad u cleared it up for me before I tried it...J/K Got to blow my son's horn here for soccer - He's of course a star - undefeated so far in the season - flighted bronze but beating all the gold teams! mind you he's only 10..... Hahaha - he loves it! i'll send u a pic of the brolic little dude one of these days!

Game day

10.18.08

Diet

Ive lost the bit of paper which had wrote on it. It was terrible though, freakin college feeds us like crap!

Other thoughts

Today was just a disaster, I ate like crap which made me play like crap. We lost 2-1 to ottowa who are pretty good however we missed a penalty, hit the bar, missed a shot from 2 yards out and 6 yards out within the last 30 minuites so we should have destroyed, them but instead we lost which could cost us first place in the league!!! Im not happy about this result. Nobody in the team really played well which made it even worse.
