Unfortunately, if you want big biceps you're going to need to work out the rest of the musculature. The time in which you achieve your goals are going to depend on your diet specifically.

First, can you post your current workout routine? As well as your current diet and we will start from there.

20 lbs although may sound as an accomplishment, this means you lost 3-4lbs/wk. Anymore than 1-2lbs and in most cases you'll be exposed to protein breakdown. This also depends on BF% at the time and dietry.

So good luck and get back to us!

Well as of now my Routine is doing some cardio to drop some weight. For Diet i just eat alot of Calcuim, Meat, Fruit, Grains(Not much,If so its low carb stuff), and all i drink is water.

I Used to work out at school doing Squats, Bench, Incline, Crunches, Push Ups, Lunges, Leg press, Standing Calf Raise, Cleans, Deltoid Raises, Dumbbell Shrugs, Dumbbell Lunges, Dips, and some other things.

I Usually Just did like 3 X 25 for all of them. And i did it everyday for like 5months. buts its been a few months since i have done that.(They changed the workout about everyday)

Now
-Treadmill-25MINS
-Leg Press 2 X 20
-Rows 2 X 20
-Butterflies 2 x 20 (rarely)
-Curls 2 X 20
-Crunches 2 X 20

I Dont have a huge routine now but i want to start slow and work my way up and eventually do more than what i listed i did at school.
