Hi, im George.
This log will last roughly 10 weeks, ill be cutting the whole time. Im currently 15 years old, 5'8", 147lbs & 15-17% bf ( my doc said 12-15 but he was just flat out guessing and i dont think im that low YET ), my goals are to be around 130-135ish @ 6-8% Bf. I have fairly small legs, which explains why i weigh very low.
Im on a Keto diet again, i switched between Keto and Reduced carb and come to the conclusion that Keto worked better for me. As for training, my little brother tags along, he doesnt do ALL of the lifts i do but he does most and helps me with some reps (ive shown him enough clips of how much hes supposed to assist me)

It was decent today, i really felt the barbell rows and im happy about that theyre my favorite exercise, but on the Deadlifts my lowback felt realllly weak for some reason today and i cudnt dead my normal weight, I'm also coming down with a slight cold i beleive, which may have something to do with my weight, usually not this low, so yah tuned. I'll also be throwing up some pics asap so u can see what im mainly trying to fix.
