if u got ur legs being less than a 90degree angle, theyll be sore for days..i love em.
im going to be switching up my split just to try something new, also fits to my schedule for the amount of time i have available to be at the gym.

M - Back/Possibly Biceps
T - Delts/Triceps
W - Off
T - Quads/Hams/Calves
F - Chest/Biceps
