well, i was thinkin of hitting my tear drop next session, so it would look something like this..front squat, leg press - according to frank zane, putting ur feet fairly low hits the tear drops real well, and hack squats with toes facing slightly in - according to ronnie.

yeah place your feet lower on platform and you will hit more quads. i am not a fan of hack squats but go for it man.

Sounds good, you know you don't have to only hit the teardrop. Unless you're in contest prep I'd just stick to the basic mass builders rather then focusing in on small areas for better overall development. Of course that's just my opinion, but I think others would agree. If that is the only exercises you'll do next session then I'd do 4-6 sets of each.

well ill be hitting different exercises for hams and calves aswell, but those are the only ones im hitting as far as quads, possibly leg extensions aswell though. but i mean we'll see, nothing is ever definite.

just a personal preference really. never got to in to them and i see great progress without them so i dont like them lol.

for the most part for leg mass i only do squats leg press heavy leg ext and hammy curls.

if u got ur legs being less than a 90degree angle, theyll be sore for days..i love em.



im going to be switching up my split just to try something new, also fits to my schedule for the amount of time i have available to be at the gym.

New split
S - Off
M - Back/Possibly Biceps
T - Delts/Triceps

T - Quads/Hams/Calves
