Deadlifts
Well today went pretty well, u guys maybe confused why i jumped from 130 to 160 on the pulldowns, well one of my buddies thought i shud try to go heavier (10lbs over my weight to be exact) on the pulldowns to see how it feels and i think it was a good idea cuz quite frankly it was a bit to easy i had to use a LITTLE bit of momentum on the last 2 or 3 but then again its some heavy ass weight for me. As far as deadlifts some of the powerlifters wanted to help me out cuz im not to experienced yet, i told them how i want to hit them with legs closer together and well it was HELL trying to keep balance, weight on the heels and chest upfront but i got it down so ill definately be hitting them on monday with alot of confidence, also my splits gunna look different this week.

and thats about it, also im going to be cycling on creatine during bulks and cycling off during my cut, my bulk will last about 4-5weeks so i can cut down and get lighter for basketball tournaments im aiming to gain maybe 1-2lbs LBM this month which shudnt be a prob, being an endomorph has its advantages
