Today went very well, i had some supps come in the other day and i ordered a sample of superpump250, and christ that thing made me feel like a beast when i hit the benches, i benched with a confidence ive never had lol..but when i went to the cable crossovers after my last rep of the last set i felt like a massive amount of blood had just pumped right behind my neck and i felt like i was going to faint so ill be staying away from N.O products for a while cuz i dont think thats natural, although my brother says it happens to him all the time it was a first to me, but yeah other than all that it went great i didnt think i was gunna be able to even do the 155 on incline but when i did the 175..man i was like am i dreaming lol..also negative reps on preacher curls = greatness. i hope it was the placebo affect as far as the superpump250 goes and besides i still have my creatine im waiting to cycle on when i start bulking so i still got 1 more secret weapon to push the weight on my bench. Stay tuned.
p.s. when u guys sometimes are basically 1rm'ing do u ever tense your whole body and then all of a sudden something cramps, when i was doing 185 my hammy started cramping as i was bringing it down, i was like **** im gunna drop it lol. |
