Overall today went great, i dont think im gunna raise the weight on barbell rows till i hit 185 for 10, im gunna be raising the reps on some of my exercises, but gunna keep the main mass builders still on the low side for the reps, not sure if this is making sense at all though but bear with me this week haha. ALSO!!! ill be bulking starting 2nd week of November, so im realllly lookin forward to my first REAL bulk, stay tuned.

Overall today went well, had a massive pump in the triceps couldn't tense them up for to long, and also ive been meaning to tryout the half rep wide grip upright rows, ive seen Charles Glass hit them with some of his clients and its great of the side delts, the ROM is up to ur lower pec and then all the way down, it isolates the side delt real well and keeps the traps out of it so they dont fatigue before the delts and i loved them got a nice feel for them minutes later, stay tuned.

Sorry guys was swamped with Spanish HW went well, im still working on my form with the squats, i wanna get them down perfect so i dont have to deal with the issue of form in the future, its frustrating but i have a few guys pushing me to hold off the heavier weight till i get it perfect.

Today went very well, i had some supps come in the other day and i ordered a sample of superpump250, and christ that thing made me feel like a beast when i hit the benches, i benched with a confidence ive never had lol..but when i went to the cable crossovers after my last rep of the last set i felt like a massive amount of blood had just pumped right behind my neck and i felt like i was going to faint so ill be staying away from N.O products for a while cuz i dont think thats natural, although my brother says it happens to him all the time it was a first to me, but yeah other than all that it went great i didnt think i was gunna be able to even do the 155 on incline but when i did the 175..man i was like am i dreaming lol..also negative reps on preacher curls = greatness. i hope it was the placebo affect as far as the superpump250 goes and besides i still have my creatine im waiting to cycle on when i start bulking so i still got 1 more secret weapon to push the weight on my bench. Stay tuned.

p.s. when u guys sometimes are basically 1rm'ing do u ever tense your whole body and then all of a sudden something cramps, when i was doing 185 my hammy started cramping as i was bringing it down, i was like **** im gunna drop it lol.

Nice workout dude. There's a lot of stuff I like but a few things that I don't. Doing 13 working sets for your chest is too much, unless you only lift 4 days a week and even then it might be a little much. You don't really need to warm up for incline and crossovers after your chest is already warmed up from benching.

I like how you start at a lower weight then move up the weight though. I always do that and it's worked great for me. Yeah man my left hamstring always craps!

Weights are looking good bro, keep it up.
