Well I couldnt go to the gym yesterday, i was SWAMPED with essays (3 5pg essays to be exact) so i skipped yesterday and decided ill skip arms today, my split will look like this for this week.

1 - Back
2 - Chest
3 - Delts & Traps
4 - Quads, Hams, Calves
Anyways i leaned more towards the thickness exercises today, i hit single arm rows and db rows to compare the two, now i was planning on stopping on the 3rd set, but some college guy felt the need to try to out due me, so i went till he couldnt do anymore, he tried doing 115 but couldnt get it up once i was gunna go do the 125 db but didnt feel like waiting for it lol, overall it went well, my back is sore as hell from the db rows and the deads i finally went heavy (For Me at least). Stay tuned, 2marrow hopefully will be a drop set Fiesta if i can get 2 spotters. So yeah and here are some pics of the back, sorry for the ****ty quality, its my first time taking pics. Mind you, im still about 15-17% BF if someone cud give me a guess that would be awesome.

So yeah, as you all probably noticed at first sight, left side is lagging BIG TIME, which is why i'm scared of injuring myself on the military press again. Though im not entirely sure how it did that much damage to my symmetry, but ill be planning on using the isolation methods that flex wheeler did starting next week.
