Oh yeah I'd like to see some pics too, did you say your 15 bro? When your doing deads for thinkness no sumo style do all standard close legged to focus on your back. As a switch up you might want to throw in some wide grip pull ups or chins for width. Those are what helped me most with my back and I consider my back to be my best feature so I think it works pretty well.

Well i hate to miss sessions especially this being my 2nd in the past 2 weeks but my parents happened to tell me last second that were going to dinner :( **** its gunna be hard to not cheat right now, but tomorrows refeed so yeah, and arms day im lookin forward to it.

Arms Day..But i did legs today because i missed my legs day last week and for some other reasons keep reading.

Today went pretty well, i decided to go ahead and do legs, because most people would say my quads need to be brought up and today being my refeed so i thought i shud switch it up and also my chest is to sore to do close grip BB Press so that my triceps fail before my chest, and i ran into some friends today and we went ahead for max squats, so i went ahead and maxed i thought id stop at 225 but i went for 4 and said "light weight" and went to 275 i actually did like almost 2 reps the first one i went down, but not far enough so i said **** it one more so i went parallel on the next one. So overall I'm happy with the turnout may not be much to any1 on these forums but its my personal goal to go above 300 when i start bulking, stay tuned p.s. forgot to bring my money for the cord

Thanks, ill keep that in mind, only reason why i care about my weight sometimes is cuz ill most likely be doing wrestling this year and football next year, still though bodybuilding > sports for me.

Todays Arms, my triceps have been responding perfectly but im having trouble getting my biceps to respond, im open for any ideas/suggestions

Today went well, i tried out going real heavy on the preacher curls and it did the trick for me, and ill be sticking to the machine rather than the EZ Bar for the preachers now, also the 21's hit me pretty good, the Pyramid down preacher curls didn't help much, and i don't plan on doing those again, Also they fixed the weights so that the tricep push downs were the actual weights, apparently 4 of the original plates broke and were removed and they just recently replaced them so im happy about that, tricep extension being one of my favored exercises for triceps

Looks like a solid arm routine, I like the exercise section. Dips are good to through in from time to time too. Preachers really helped me get that good peaking bicep.

yeah i felt that i held it at the top a few times and it felt great ill probably pyramid up on them next time.

Well I couldnt go to the gym yesterday, i was SWAMPED with essays (3 5pg essays to be exact) so i skipped yesterday and decided ill skip arms today, my split will look like this for this week.
day
1 - Back
2 - Chest
3 - Delts & Traps
4 - Quads, Hams, Calves

Anyways i leaned more towards the thickness exercises today, i hit single arm rows and db rows to compare the two, now i was planning on stopping on the 3rd set, but some college guy felt the need to try to out due me, so i went till he couldnt do anymore, he tried doing 115 but couldnt get it up once i was gunna go do the 125 db but didnt feel like waiting for it lol, overall it went well, my back is sore as hell from the db rows and the deads i finally went heavy (For Me at least). Stay tuned, 2marrow hopefully will be a drop set Fiesta if i can get 2 spotters. So yeah and here are some pics of the back, sorry for the ****ty quality, its my first time taking pics. Mind you, im still about 15-17% BF if someone cud give me a guess that would be awesome.

So yeah, as you all probably noticed at first sight, left side is lagging BIG TIME, which is why i'm scared of injuring myself on the military press again. Though im not entirely sure how it did that much damage to my symmetry, but ill be planning on using the isolation methods that flex wheeler did starting next week.
