hmm not bad estats but i dont think anyone here believes your squat or you cant be going more that one inch down. and i agree with some of the other you have to tone it down with the ego in this foruma little your comming off like a jackass. heres a little ego check for ya the day before doubles my senior year i was 5'10 159 and i was 16 my birthday was in 10 days. i maxed out on bench 295, squat 365. i was a little bitch from a small town pushin these weights and i never had a n ego like you. i am not bragging cause i dont give a **** what i did in the past, im just tellin you this so you dont come on ths forum and think you are the **** as youve been comming off. tone down your ego and youll be fine here and if you dont i bet you wont be here very long.

see im close enough to ur size at that age and u could do 365 so why dont people belive me and when i squat i put a bench behind me in the gym and go down till im touchin that which is quite low some guy told me and i listend because he had pritty big legs and i dont realy have an ego i only acted that way because i got pissed off that some 1 said i did have 1

Good upper physique for your age, quads do need a loit of work though, get them sorted and youll have a pleasing physique. Not to seem like an ass here, but I'm gonna have to call bull**** on your numbers. For somebody who can squat 374lbs x 10 you don't have quads, there is no outer sweep and you can barely make out a tear drop. If you really can then post a vid and prove me wrong, but I've seen so many kids post bull**** numbers in here just to make themselves seem bigger than they really are.

i can understand that your strong in your quads,and that they dont grow like the rest of your upper body, i have and still have legs that do not reflect how much i used to squat, my work out partner at the time started with small legs and he ended up blowing past my leg development, while my upper body blew his away,i still work my legs heavy and my quads never developed a squaters sweep, so i`m not overly impressed with my legs, my numbers on the squat would make everyone here give me the bull**** trip and i would agree based on what they look like, but i`m 41 and dont really give a crap anymore, they are what they are, just drop the ego and you`ll be fine..

E-stats are for ultra-n00bs.

Making a thread that's asking about MEASUREMENTS is pointless. Bodybuilding is about aesthetics, where mass is another object to attain, no one cares arm size or quad size. You look good, but that to your numbs seems way off.

Cosign, I know are few guys who have 20+ inch arms and 30+ inch quads. Sound impressive huh, shame they have a really high bodyfat.

Still bro it was a great improvement and I hope you can keep going to reach your goals.

i take 2 protein shakes a day L- glutamein and just try and eat right nd sleep enough i also split wt i do in the gym into diffrent part of my body for a diffrent day. im thinkin of starting N.O drink but i dont realy no what its suppose to do to you

Golly I hate e-stats that can't be backed up, that's why I videoed my personal bests' on the deadlift on my phone and got multiple pictures on my myspace.

Coming on here and asking people to talk about your numbers, that's asking for trouble. Especially considering there's plenty of people on here bigger than you and stronger than you. Come on here asking for help and to help others, don't brag about your bogus stats that can't be backed up.

Oh and toss the glutamine after the finish the container it's useless. Some arginine and alanine would be good rather than an expensive N.O. product. What they're supposed to do is dilate your veins and most have caffiene and huge amounts of vitamin B stuff like 8888% of the daily recuirment which can't be healthy.
