Nice to meet you. Welcome to the dungeon. 1 thing to do in the future is search the forms because posting a thread because this has been asked and answered many times before. I did the same with my first post lol. But anyways for your age stick with whey protein and eat, eat, eat. You don’t really need much supplements at 14 but you can take creatine if you do I would use creatine mono. its dirt cheap, bcaa's, multivitamins, No’s. A bunch of stuff. But like I was told don’t look to supplements as a magical pill that will do all the work and make you big!!! You have to be committed and work your ass off. Also it takes time to see results so dont give up if you dont seem them right away

BCAAs, fish oil, whey, multi vitamin, flax seed oil, creatine, and MOST importantly FOOD! I made a lot of mistakes when I was 14 and just starting out so PM me if you have any questions I'd be happy to help.

You can take 1 to 1.5 scoops of whey pre and post workout in water( faster absorbtion).

Now the creatine is 1 teaspoon per serving,, Read your container for the correct servings. You can if you want to LOAD the creatine, but it's not necessary to do that. it gets costly for young guys.

you should have a stack that looks like this

Whey Protein-Optimum or Scivation
BCAAs-Plain BCAAs or Scivation Xtend
Creatine Mono-AST or Dymatize
Multivitamin- any brand
Nitric Oxide(optional)-BSN NO Xplode or Gaspari Superpump 250

There are 3 recommended times to take whey. Morning,Pre Workout, and Post Workout.
Same with creatine. Morning,Pre Workout, and Post Workout.

Good info Chris, I thought that water would be faster, but I wasn't sure doesn't milk have whey in it so it'd absorb fast too. Maybe as fast as water?? But then again it also has casein in it.

^^ if u mix whey with milk doesnt the casein in the milk just override the whey and cause longer absorbtion time anyway?

I don't think anything over rides anything nutritionally. My guess would be that the whey part of the milk would digest faster and the casein would digest slower long with the powder with each.

I could be wrong though, hopefully Freak or one of the other guys will see this.

take it how it says on the instructions, it will tell you everything you need to know. You might have to cycle off after 2 months or so.
