I'm pretty into the whole powerlifting scene, too. All my work outs always have a little powerlifting in them.
Forgot to include my powerlifting goals.
Current bench is 225 when I was 132 pounds.
Last time I deadlifted was 325 when I was 138 pounds.
Last time I squatted was 245 ass-to-grass at 138 pounds.
Bench squats I've done 315 x 8, same weight.
My goals by the end of this new school year:
Bench-295
Deadlift-405
Ass-to-grass squat 315
Weigh 150.
I want to bulk to 155-160 sometime this year and drop down to 150 by cutting a little fat.
That means I need to try and put on 15 pounds of LBM in about 10-11 months.
I didn't really explain my goals last time so I'm explaining it again with more details this time.
