I'll start this off..
My name is Spencer, I turned 17 in May, and we will be starting my Senior Year of High School this Fall.

Current Weight-182lb
Current Height-5'8
Current BF%-25%~

Goal Weight-165lb
Goal BF%-8-10%

Right now I am on a grueling cut, once i reach my goal weight/bf% I plan on maintaining for a couple months and than bulking to about 15%,than cutting in the hopes to get in shape to compete in the Spring of 2010.

Great thread.

I'm Kevin, just turned 16.

Current height: 5'7"-5'8".
Current weight: 142-144 lbs.
Current BF%: N/A. Close to 6-8%.

Goal weight: 160 lbs by March.
Goal BF% Keep it below 10 or 11.

I am a competitive bodybuilder currently in the offseason. Preparing for my 2nd show which is in May 2009! I hit the food and weight heavy cuz that my style.

Hey fellas.
Name's Kuni (pronounced as Koo-nee) and I am 17.
Current height: I'm pretty sure I'm 5'6
Current weight: 134 pounds
Current bf: unsure of, possibly 8-10%

Goal weight: 150 by December-ish
Goal BF: Below 10 like Kev.

Right now, I'm kind of just taking a break from bodybuilding. I'll be back on training and diet once school starts and I can start working out again.
I've lost quite a bit of muscle so hopefully I can get it back and get my weight up to 145 again.

I also like to incorporate powerlifting sometimes in my routine. I'm pretty up there in my school and I'd like to keep it and soon get ahead of the others.

name - hugo just turned 16 in april
height - 5'9
weight - 149.5 lbs
bf% - i dont know...

goal lbs - 160-170
goal bf% low

atm i am pretty much doing all three..... honestly i am bulking, and cutting and trying to maintain it all at once.

not really into the powerlifting thing.... wanna just build muscle to make my self look jacked, and of course become stronger in all aspects so it helps in sports

Yo I'm Mike just turned 15, more time to get strong enough to compete right??

Current height is 5'7"
Current weight is 155lbs
Current bf is around 11-13 not 100% on that, but do have an ab outline so I'm saying around there.

Weight goal: 175, end of this my sophomore year (this one)
Bf goal don't care just wanna get stronger I might cut down next summer though.

My main goals are getting my deadlift max to 400 by the end of this school year and my bench to 300 by then.

For me it seems like no matter what I do I get bigger even though I'm much more into powerlifting. I will take the size that's coming though of course.

I would love to know if anyone else is powerlifting haven't heard of too many people yet on here haha. I do love being bigger than most other people in my school I'm in the top 5 I'd say right now which is always nice.

I like the new forum I'd be stopping by here a lot good idea guys.

Yeah Mike, I agree not too many powerlifter's in here. I know Jake2458 is more interested in strength at certain times, but I'm not sure if he focus on powerlifting.

I'm pretty into the whole powerlifting scene, too. All my work outs always have a little powerlifting in them.
Forgot to include my powerlifting goals.
Current bench is 225 when I was 132 pounds.
Last time I deadlifted was 325 when I was 138 pounds.
Last time I squatted was 245 ass-to-grass at 138 pounds.
Bench squats I've done 315 x 8, same weight.

My goals by the end of this new school year:
Bench-295
Deadlift-405
Ass-to-grass squat 315
Weigh 150.
I want to bulk to 155-160 sometime this year and drop down to 150 by cutting a little fat.
That means I need to try and put on 15 pounds of LBM in about 10-11 months.

I didn't really explain my goals last time so I'm explaining it again with more details this time.
