was 19 now 20 lol so i should even post in this tread.
training now 5 years solid diet 3 years. started at 178 currently 265.8 9.8% b.f.
my goal is achieve more symmetry and get above 270 below 10% bodyfat.
overall goal not be a bodybuilder but more or the lines of body building model if that makes any sense.
