ayyo, the names steven people call me steve started lifting just before new years started. turned 15 in november, don't have the best genetics pretty much built from football. learned about bodybuilding in early grade 9 first bodybuilder seen was jay cutler and it already had me hooked.

Current Height - 5'7 1/4
Current Weight - moving around 166-170
Current BF% - 17%

Goal Weight - 185
Goal BF% - 10%

goal is 185 lbs by next football season (September) going into grade 11, currently bulking, hoping to get to 205-210 8% bodyfat going into college for football.

Current BF%-Wish I knew

Goal Weight-240 lb

Need to cut down fat and gain in muscle if I want to play RT in college.
Will need some advice with acheving that.
My main problem is knowing what to eat, and also how often to exercise and when I do what type of exercise.
Pming me with some adivce would be appreciated.

We do okay. I couldn't wrestle this year, got hurt in football and couldn't do anything for 2 months. (knee injury)

Nah,sorry.
But to be honest I don't pay much attention when I wait during tournaments and such. I just focus,then wrestle, then back to listening music and rest.

Names Robby, Rob, Robert, doesn't matter. I've been Mountain biking for about 9 months now, and a buddy got me hooked on the weights about 6 months ago.
Ever since then it's been an addiction, working out 6 days a week.

Current Height - 6'
Current Weight - 193.6 On a day with a good ****.
Current BF% - 23.7% ( 3 weeks ago, that's maybe a percent or two lower now will know i A week.)

Goal Weight - 185
Goal BF% - 15-10%

i went to tournament of champions 3 in austin I think it was.
Do you go to any grappling tournaments?

I'm trying very hard to bulk up to at least 170lb but it hasn't been working at all for the past year. I get 5-6 meals in everyday + snacks + whey. I've been getting 4-6k calories, 200+g of protein on average daily and it just doesn't stick.

I've made progress lifting but my body weight has stayed more or less the same in this past year and my bf% only went down.

My goals include reaching and eventually breaking a 40 inch standing vertical jump. If bulking up helps me get there, alright. If not, the less I weigh the higher I jump -,-.

Hello
I'm win and I'm 15 years old from Bangkok, Thailand.
I'm in a first year of High School.

Height: 6' 1
Weight: 190
Bodyfat: Probably around 15%

I've been working out for about 5-6 months. Currently eating about 5-6 meals a day to reach the amount of protein needed. So far my progress has been quite great, I can lift more weight and also gain some size.My goal is to gain more strength and lowe my bodyfat. I hope to compete one day even though it's a lot harder here than in America.

Currently bulking, been out for a few weeks though, so just trying to get weight back up up to the top of the boundary and get back in form. Hopefully that will be sooner rather than later. Building up steadily on everything at the moment but main goals are on chest and legs. Been neglecting legs of late which is not good and been having a bit of trouble getting the right shape on chest but i think i've cracked it now.

Great thread, good to see what other people are age are doing and how everyone is progressing.

hi im adam
i just joined bodybuilding dungeon today, ive been training for about 3 years coming up to christmas time. im 16 and weigh around 150 lbs. My bodyfat percentage is around 12.5 area. my goal is to get up to around 200 lbs and hopefully ill get there someday

Hi im trevor,
i turned 13 september
im pretty sure im 5'6 if not taller
my current weight is 113
my body fat is 8%

my goal body fat is 5% or under
my goal weight 150-160 by the end of 2010 or the beginning of 2011

im hoping to compete in fitness or figure comps by the end of 2010 to the beginning of 2011 depending on the way things turn out

can you guys give me some diet tips for cutting? Im 17 6'0 230 lb, not sure my bf. I wanna get down to 200. never cut before so idk what to eat
