I'm around 5 6' maybe 5 5'
weight fluctuates from 135-140
my bf% is around 8 or 9%
my goal is to be 160 be 2009 and still remain low bf% no more than 15%
I'm bulking now for football
I do 90% power lifting maybe some isolation exercises for some body parts such as rear delts and calfs, and bicepts.
I like to do mainly compound exercises.
But I still diet well so I like to think of myself as a bodybuilder, and I still believe in improving my physique.
