Hi everyone, and welcome to the Bodybuilding Dungeon Teen Section!
Forum rules/guidelines: 1) As any other forum, there will be absolutely
no source posting. This means, posting links, references, etc. in the forum directing other members to another site is prohibited.
2) In regards to rule 1, there will be
0 discussion about steroids, prohormones, prosteroids or anything along these lines. First time offending this will result in a
warning by myself or allstar.. Additional times will be left up to the Moderator's and Admin's.
3) Posting immaturely will result in a warning to the particular member and, obviously, deleted posts/threads. Immaturely and inappropriate means: posting threads relating to any
drug (whether it's
alcohol,
marijuana, etc the matter doesn't change). Also discussing a topic that is
childish and has little to do with the bodybuilding lifestyle and/or teen-age life is disallowed.
4) This forum is for the serious, knowledge-hungry teen bodybuilder.
If you're here to **** around then quite simply...GET THE **** OUT. It will not be tolerated at all.
5) Anything crudely
referring to sexual activities and sexual remarks will be deleted and thus result in a warning.

This section will encourage the following: 1) Anyone interested in making solid improvements not just physically but mentally as well can
make a Training, Nutrition, Competition and/or Supplementation log directly in here. In fact, it's encouraged that
ALL TEENS make a Log in this section for all of us fellow teens can follow each other's progress. Anyone with a log in the 'Training Log' section can request to have their log moved here.
2) Anyone who would like to
discuss teenage life; this can be anywhere from the gym, to family and even to friends (moderated). We also would like to encourage to post goals, questions, information and statements here if need-be.
3) Kids who'd like to
discuss supplementation. Certain products and the pro's and con's of them. Of course this is similar to the 'Supplements' section on the Main Forum, however this is directed specifically at Teens and the limits within the teenage boundaries.
4) Of course,
we encourage anyone interested in competitive bodybuilding who are fit to enter the Teen Division, to post here their achievements, upcoming events, etc. in here.
5) Now, the most important rule:
Have Fun!! And use this forum wisely :)
