Alright guys, I finally gave in I'm going to be starting a Nutrition/Training Log(nutrition first!) I will also be recording my daily supplement intake. I will try to keep this updated everyday, but I might get lazy and skip some times, as for my training I won't be putting down the weights yet, as I think they are to pansy. But once they are at a reasonable weight I will post those also. First log should be on tonight.

stop being a bitch and record those weights

BTW, why do you count your BCAA intake with meals. IMO, I would stay away from just eating a carb and put the amount into other meals.

As for training...
What is your logic behind fly movements before hitting the presses? Usually you really want to do compound movements first and move the most weight with them. It's okay if you want to do a few sets to warm up, but I would stick to any DB/BB presses first. My thinking is because if you are cutting (from the looks of your diet you better be), you really want to try to keep your strength where it's at. It might drop a little, but you should still trying to move the most weight on the essential movements as possible while you have the most energy
