Alright boys, here is last night's session:

Standing Push Press-110lbs
Set 1-10
Set 2-9
Set 3-8
Set 4-8

Leg Press-572lbs
Set 1-10
Set 2-10
Set 3-10

Bench Press-176lbs
Set 1-8
Set 2-7
Set 3-8

Lat Pulldowns-6' plates
Set 1-10
Set 2-10
Set 3-10

Tricep cable pressdowns-132lbs
Set 1-10
Set 2-10
Set 3-10

Barbell 21's-55lbs
3 sets

Calf machine-55lbs-(squeezing at the top of each rep)
Set 1-10
Set 2-10
Set 3-10

Note:Coming of a 4 day break, felt pumped and ready to go. Creatine gives you an awesome pump, the extra energy is great for those really heavy lifts.

Also on a learning note, I had my bench press technique corrected by a personal trainer who was spotting me for bench. I always used to bring the bar to my chest, all the way down. He told me that you are just utilising your shoulders, and better off not risking the injury on your rotator cuffs. He said I should bring it down about an inch off my chest. What do you guys think?

Cheers lads

Sup man.

When I bench, I also never lock out and recruit almost all pecs (as well as stabilizers, local core, etc). I bring the bar about 2.5 inches away from my chest and go a bit before locking out. Full chest right here and really works for me especially on incline barbell press.

Good job man doin good.

Cheers man. Thanks for the advice, although I find I lockout the more I tend to tire, sounds like its worth a go though if it adds further stress.

I like to practice how I play haha, meaning I to full reps like I would have to in a competition, but different goals different ways to do it. If you wanna focus mainly on your chest try doing half reps.

How long is your workout taking you anyway man? Mine always would run about an hour and a half, it's hard to keep full bodies short.
