NOTE: Hell yeah. Soccer WILL rip my ass to shreds and rid of all gains I make so I'm planning to take in around 5500 cals to make some gains. Now soccer's only 1 day a week which isn't too rough. Killed the food and really am going to try and work with this.
I was in a debate of whether to play or not and after today I realized I'd miss the sport too much to give it up after playing my whole life so I will be playing. The season usually ends at around November-ish.

Personal Best = *PB. NOTE: Had to walk to the gym today, as always. 3 miles. Soocer. Leg day. Recovering from Back day yesterday....I'm giving myself some neurological relief! I'm killing the food but I was extremely tired at the beginning of the workout so I decided to cancel an exercise.
GREAT session, me and Jamere were tearing the squat rack. He hit 185 lbs on squat for 10 reps which is another PB for him!
