Thursday, July 17th.

The Grub

Meal 1
3 whole eggs
1 whole wheat bagel
1 thick layer sausage
2.5 pieces turkey bacon

Meal 2 (post workout)
40g whey protein
1 serv. creatine gluconate (+31g carbs)
1 ripe 6" banana

Meal 3
6 oz. chicken
1+ cup oats w/ berries
1 whole grain bagel

Meal 4 (post soccer practice quick)
1 box raisins (29g carbs)
.5 6" banana

Meal 5 (20 min after post soccer)
9 oz. veal cutlets
1/4 cup bread crums
1 cup pasta

Meal 6
1 fulll serv. gainer shake!
254g carbs
50g protein
4g fat

Meal 7
1.5 cans tuna
1.5 eggs of egg salad
1 whole grain english muffin
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 cup oat bran cereal

Meal 8
.5 serv. gainer shake
160g carbs
30g protein
2g fat
w/ 1/4 cup almonds
2 tbspn peanut butter

NOTE: Hell yeah. Soccer WILL rip my ass to shreds and rid of all gains I make so I'm planning to take in around 5500 cals to make some gains. Now soccer's only 1 day a week which isn't too rough. Killed the food and really am going to try and work with this.

I was in a debate of whether to play or not and after today I realized I'd miss the sport too much to give it up after playing my whole life so I will be playing. The season usually ends at around November-ish.

Soccer. On a leg day also. AND my cleats didn't fit! LOL

The Fluids
1gal+ of water approx (4 liters)
1 whey shake
2 gainer shakes

The Iron!

Leg Day

Heavy Squats
145 lbs x 12
185 lbs x 12
205 lbs x 10
235 lbs x 10* PB.

Heavy Leg Press
335 lbs x 12
355 lbs x 12
395 lbs x 12
430 lbs x 8* PB.

Leg Curl
45 lbs x 12
70 lbs x 11
80 lbs x 7

Leg Extension
Canceled for CNS support and recovery

Calf Raises
195 lbs x 18
215 lbs x 18

Personal Best = *PB.

NOTE: Had to walk to the gym today, as always. 3 miles. Soocer. Leg day. Recovering from Back day yesterday....I'm giving myself some neurological relief! I'm killing the food but I was extremely tired at the beginning of the workout so I decided to cancel an exercise.

GREAT session, me and Jamere were tearing the squat rack. He hit 185 lbs on squat for 10 reps which is another PB for him!

The Supps
ON 100% Whey Protein
ON Serious Mass Gainer
Gaspari Size On Creatine Gluconate

NOTE: Yep. Nothing much, just what I need. Would rather spend money on food, you know me.

Thanks for reading all! BIG day.

Kev

Footy? Man you Australian folks are INTENSE with these words! lmao.

Feel you. Yeah I need to work on the resting part. This, soccer, friends, shore, surfing, eating. Craziness but will make it happen. Nothing will get the best of me that's for sure. Thanks to you too!

Soccer will def. be hard on you to do while being so dedicated to bodybuilding. I decided to no play JV baseball cuz of lifting. Soccer will also be hard as mentioned above since you're gaining weight, my friend wants to lift weights, but is worried about getting too big and slowing down, he's fucking insane at soccer.

Nice numbers on the squat btw, how deep are you going?
