KM Buddy, i know it was a little while ago but i just wanted to say congratualtions on your comp placing. You did the dungeon and yourslef very proud!! Well done bud. Im sure during the contest prep you learnt alot about your body which you can apply next time your preping for a comp and come in even leaner and meaner! Congrts bud, im proud of ya!!

And we're back! That's right. Back from the shore, and back from the pause in the bodybuildn world.

The shore was fun. Waves sucked for most of it so put a damper on my life down there haha. But it picked up. Went out legit 10 minutes after a thunderstorm passed, waves were insane. Surfing's my second passion so I do it as much as I can.

Brett wish we could get together and paddle out! I got fins out (air off the wave) and landed or stayed up on my first kickback. Hell yeah. Haha, anyway..

I'm switching my exercises for this week, same bodyparts. On saturday hell week starts for soccer :( so I'll need to eat so much damn food I puke. This is ganna be rough.

I'll keep everyone updated! I come back sunday.
