Food looks good! Your eating like a beast and the arms have defo grown!, just one criticism though, it looks like your arms and shoulders are overshadowing your chest

Man right when the pics were taken I thought the same but my arms look a bit bigger because of the lighting and make my chest look smaller. Def have a ****load of work to do on my chest but it's getting there.

So I guess maybe a little overshadow but not much, it's gettn there, you feeling me?

Oh for sure man I hit the weights heavy yesterday, KILLED my chest!
