Thats outdated info bro, the burn = unknown (thought to be because of acidosis (I believe) but not proven)

Acidosis is the releasing hydrogen ions in the muscle cells which increases acidity and in turn causes fatigue.

Lactic acid is an energy source, and a great one at that. Its the fastest energy source we have available to us.

Sodium bicarboniate buffers the acidity caused by Acidosis (it doesnt buffer lactic acid) which in turn means delayed fatigue. (beta alanine has the same effect)

Heres a great page on it, Lactic Acid
Big R, good info man. I wasn't 100% wrong however. The acidity in part from LA (lactic acidosis what my abbreviation first started with lol sorry for confusion) is a result, or nonetheless a byproduct of glycolysis. Anaerobic as all weight training, intense exercises are as of, the body produces that lactic acid when metabolizing glucose with an oxygen debt.

Didn't know what BA did, thanks rob! I def was wrong so I will learn about it now this way I do not make that mistake.

Wednesday, July 16th.

1 cup oats w/ strawberries

Meal 2 (post workout)
40g whey protein
2 serving dextrose/maltodextrin loaded lemonade.
1 serv. creatine gluconate (+31g carbs)
1 6" banana ripe

Meal 3
2 whole wheat panini slices
11 oz. turkey/chicken w/ artichoke
1 whole grain roll.

Meal 4
1.5 cans tuna (38g protein)
1 whole grain english muffin
.5 chocolate donut

150g carbs
39g protein
2.5g fat

Meal 6
2 cups cottage cheese
4 tbspn's peanut butter
1/4 cup almonds
2 walnuts

NOTE: Eh should've gotten another meal in. Probably should've downed my gainer a second time. But that ****'s ****ing loaded with carbs I didn't wanna push it. Even ecto's can get fat that for sure. Killed the food though. I'm taking in...

Drum roll...

4500-5k calories. Haha. Now that insane.

The Iron

Back Day

Romanian Deadlifts
135 lbs x 12
175 lbs x 12
200 lbs x 11
220 lbs x 7

Dumbbell Rows
60 lbs x 12
70 lbs x 12
75 lbs x 9* PB.

Barbell Rows
75 lbs x 12
95 lbs x 12
105 lbs x 11* PB.

Wide Grip Pull Ups
BW x 9
BW x 10
BW x 10

Close Grip Pulldowns (short on time)
90 lbs x 12
110 lbs x 12

NOTE: INTENSE session. Deadlifts ****ing killed I didn't have my straps with me so my reps were down, weight stayed the same. Plan to move up 20 lbs next session. I took pics this session with my boy Jamere (Training partner)

He is making an account now! Let me talk about my dude.

If anyone has the determination to make improvements, it's this kid. I couldn't have another training partner, definitely not. He's fo sho interested in bodybuilding and the competition aspect and we plan to do work these next months.

He's a top wrestler at that so he's got strength. We motivate eachother like hell. Why I'm having these personal bests in my weights!

Hell yea.

PICS: First I'll throw up pics from breakfast this morning. Then some from the session and lifting today as well as some quick snaps outside!

It's game time.
