When I was cycling NO Xplode I always stayed at 2 scoops and had great results. I cant imagine taking 3 scoops, then again I have aalways been a very active/hyper person and never do alot of caffiene in the day.

Teen Bodybuilding has gained increasing popularity over the years, where young teens hit the gym almost everyday. There's much upside to teen bodybuilding such as high self-esteem and confidence, becoming fit and healthy, and looking good for the ladies. Teen bodybuilding at the same time help the teens develop good habits not just in bodybuilding, but it trickles down to other facets of life such as good work ethics and discipline.

hey i was just wondering, does anyone know if there is any side effects to myocytin? if you take it how is it going for you?

So, I read that whey protein is very good for BCAA's, but on the BCAA part it says to take 4-6grams before a workout and 4-6 grams afterwards. On the whey part it says to just take a whey supplement (or in my case a whey protein shake) after the workout.

So, when should one be taken? Or am I just confused with them both?

Edit: Or should I just be taking a pure BCAA supplement before workout, and then do a protein shake afterwards? Is that right?
