So, I read that whey protein is very good for BCAA's, but on the BCAA part it says to take 4-6grams before a workout and 4-6 grams afterwards. On the whey part it says to just take a whey supplement (or in my case a whey protein shake) after the workout.
So, when should one be taken? Or am I just confused with them both?
Edit: Or should I just be taking a pure BCAA supplement before workout, and then do a protein shake afterwards? Is that right? |
