Lol I don't know how people can get that messed up. I just smoke a little and get still act normal. But yeah man I know it's bad I'll update this more with how I'm doing as far as that goes. I'll atleast make it through the week although I might not even do it this weekend because it's when my competition's supposed to be.

I haven't got my card yet or lifting suit so I'm not even sure if I'll be doing this comp. which really sucks cuz I've changed my routine around it.

You need to get that suit asap to break it in and what card you talking about mate?

My powerlifting membership card. I need that before I can compete on Saturday. I gotta get going to school man, I'll update this when I get home .

Oh and I pull a PB 320 yesterday on deads and I'm lifting with an actual squat rack today so I'km pretty pumped about that.

Oh yeah there's a lot I really need to update this which I guess I'll do now. I'll start by saying I've managed to get into a really shitty situation that wasn't my fault. Basically I barely avoided getting kicked out of school and my parents are pretty pissed.

No lifting competition for me till (hopefully) next month. I'm right now limiting how often I smoke to only Saturdays and then I'll make it every other weekend then once a month. Not because I'm addicted, but because I need to build up the will power to say no more often which isn't easy believe me. I'm also gonna only smoke after lifting at night the day before an off day so it has no effect on my lifting the next "on" day.

Lol I pissed in a bottle on the bus. And I pissed as soon as I got off the bus and the kids on the bus said that they saw me do it. Which they didn't they saw me walk into the woods and then I turned around to see the bus leave and then started pissing. They're calling it indecent exposure, which is just total bullshit. Plus no piss got anywhere and I lied and got out of that without any trouble oh and no one saw me piss on the bus either so really no harm done.

I didn't get my powerlifting card and membership in time. I'll compete next month hopefully.

I need to get the full suit still because it's manditory for the competition to wear one. I have a belt and wrist wraps I have knees wraps and I don't have a bench shirt, but I don't think anyone else will either.

I think the next comp's just deadlift which I'm hoping, but I know there's one soon that's all three I think in December.
