So I was lifting with the football team two days ago and there were people sitting down and watching me do deadlifts so that was pretty cool. I wanna play football, but the way the lift is to stupid they do circuits and only a few exercises and max on squats and that type of thing.
Also I found out that I out bench a lot of the guys on Varsity so that's pretty cool too, by the end of this year I'll out bench all of them.
So on to that day, Deadlifts

310lbs-1 PB Pull ups (Didn't actually feel assisted cuz I pulled myself up faster than the machine could go up with me)

55lbs-6,6 Alternating hammers

For some reason I do a lot less alternating than I just with one hand at a time so I'm not sure why.
Nutrition's been solid just can't track it cuz of school. Supplements

But I got some
Arginine
Alanine
Soy Protein
Whey protein
Anator P70
Mass XXX
I'm waiting till the Mass XXX is gone to start using the whey and soy protein.
