Well the plan for today was to go with my mom the Wal-Mart with my mom and get all the food I wanted. Which would have been great I knew everything I needed, but somehow the door got fucked up and wouldn't close so I had to stay in the car so no one broke in... damn it. Been a really shitty day. I hit chest today and I think I'm actually getting weaker wtf. I 'm gonna take 5-7 days off for both a physical and mental rest.

Flat barbell press
165lbs-8
170lbs-4
180lbs-2
Dropset-115lbs-9

Incline barbell press
125lbs-6,7
120lbs-6

Flat dumbbell press

70lbs-2- Had trouble controlling the weight no idea why.

Like it said really shitty day.

Macros today were 3580 calories, 400 carbs, 200 protein 60 fat... damn shitty everything today. I'll keep posting nutrition for the off days.

hey bro, i hate those days wen i cant do the weight i normally do. actualy i take it really personally, and i get too hard on myself, i usually leave in the middle of those workouts and punch everything i see in sight, bruised knuckles the next few days... anyway mayb the dropset fatigued u a lilttle too much? mayb not enough carbs or watever the case may be. not really necessary to bench and do the dumbells for flat, if u wana get your bench up u should stick with more dumbbells. as for the rest of 5-7 days, i dont wana sound like i know your body/mind more than you because i obviously dont, but i dont think you should take a whole week off. i would jump right back in it and go twice as hard but thats just me, well maybe the fact that i love to train and the day sucks without it but, yea just my 2 cents. good luck

Haha I think she was drunk or high, cuz she's like cuz uhh my memory ain't so good lol. I'll look on the package when I get it, but if she really was on creatine for a year like she said then she would be having the same problems I was. You need to cycle that shit. I looked up the label at gnc.com and there's no creatine.

And to the first post you said, I'm starting taking my 5 days off now cuz I haven't in a few months and last time that got me right though my plateau. I think I will use dumbbells and only those for a few weeks.

Just an update here, I went out and bought Superpump today and Mass XXX, just got done with my 4 days off and am ready to do some heavy deads today, I'll post my workout later.

Um the Mass XXX was 60 with a gold card. It's SOOO think though and I have to drink two of those extra large McDonalds cups full, I think I'll have to mix it with water from now on. I took one scoop of SuperPump250 today, being my first day, and my strength went up a lot I was pounding out reps of higher weights than ever on the deads. Got an explosive 10 reps for pull ups (wide grip) after deads.

Still trying to get- and keep- this gainer down as I type this. I had a great all around pump today and had great strength, I'll blast through this plateau now, no doubt in my mind.

Poor planning on my part though, I ate a cup of oats about 2 cups of whole grain spaghetti, peanuts, and tuna a half an hour before taking the Superpump and I think that made it not work as well as it could have. As it is I'm not very responsive to stimulants and will have to take 2 scoops next time.

This will also make it not such a struggle to drink this shake.

Chest day tomorrow can't wait!!

I'm pretty sure superpump does have a little amount of creatine in it.

It's a really good product, just tastes like crap.

SP 250 is def a great supp. But its best that you eat a small snack with it, like fruit. Otherwise you'll have the shits. The drink needs a solid base to support it in your stomach. So your pre-workout meal, "cup of oats about 2 cups of whole grain spaghetti, peanuts, and tuna", would be about 2hrs out & then 30min out from training you'd have the SP 250 with a light snack. Usually, I'd have a banana.

As for gainers, I've noticed that if I dont have it with milk it doesn't digest well. If water works well for you then go right ahead tho. Anyway, is that Mass XXX pretty tasty? I'm considering getting the 13lb tub for my next bulk.

Looks like your training has def increased in intensity!
