Um the Mass XXX was 60 with a gold card. It's SOOO think though and I have to drink two of those extra large McDonalds cups full, I think I'll have to mix it with water from now on. I took one scoop of SuperPump250 today, being my first day, and my strength went up a lot I was pounding out reps of higher weights than ever on the deads. Got an explosive 10 reps for pull ups (wide grip) after deads. TRAINING Dealifts

Still trying to get- and keep- this gainer down as I type this. I had a great all around pump today and had great strength, I'll blast through this plateau now, no doubt in my mind.
Poor planning on my part though, I ate a cup of oats about 2 cups of whole grain spaghetti, peanuts, and tuna a half an hour before taking the Superpump and I think that made it not work as well as it could have. As it is I'm not very responsive to stimulants and will have to take 2 scoops next time.
This will also make it not such a struggle to drink this shake.
Chest day tomorrow can't wait!!
