Man that would be an awesome achievement. Powerlifting is a great sport, I have huge respect for guys who are willing to risk serious injury nearly everytime they lift, its some hardcore shit. Solid work man, keep going hard.

^ thanks man definitely will. Managed to keep a good nutrition log today too I'm gonna post that up first then the lifting. Tough day of partying yesterday so a little beat when I woke up, but made the best of it. Done partying for a while after this Saturday.

Nutrition Log

Meal 1 11:30
Multivitamin
CE2
Fish oil
Whey protein shake
96% lean burger
Bun

Meal 2 1:30
Whole grain pasta
3 eggs whites
1 whole egg
Cheese
Bagel

Glutamine 500mgs
Fish oil pill

Meal 3 5:30 (damn doctor's took forever)
Banana
Tuna
2 slices white bread

WORKOUT

Meal 4 7:40
Anator P70
Whey protein shake
Bun
Turkey
Cheese

Meal 5- 9:30
Salmon
Shrimp skewers

Meal 6 before bed
Fish oil pill
Cottage cheese
Milk
Tbs peanut butter (Skippy)

Protein-230 grams roughly/ Calories- 2300 (need more) Carbs- 400g/ Fat- 36g roughly hard for me to find fats.

Any good sources of fats? I eat peanuts and peanut butter need others though.

Lifting!!

Wide grip pull ups- 13.8.7
Bent over rows- 125lbs-9/130lbs-8/135lbs-7
Squats- 205lbs- 210lbs-7/215lbs-6 100% parallel
Bench press- 165lbs-7.5.3
Shoulder press- 95lbs- 5,7, 100lbs-4
Tricep pressdowns- Straight bar-- 50lbs- 8,4/ 47 1/2- 7
Ez curls- 76.66lbs-4/ 71.66lbs-7

Wasn't 100% today, but still did ok. My endurance is SHIT 7 reps on 165 sucks I should be able to do at least 10 there if I'm doing 180lbs for 3. Just for the hell of it I tried 110lbs today after my other benching and barely did that 10 times. I need some higher reps soon here. Weights need to go up faster not work else to say I'm beat time for some Fat free cottage cheese then bed.

Bro, I ran some of your latest numbers thru the 1-rep max calculator [ Bench Press Chart - One Rep Maximum Lift Chart ]& found out your bench press is @ 200, Squats are at 255 & you're pulling about 290 on deads!

Now all you need to do is set up a few days for maxing out with a fresh start for each lift u could probably: Bench 215, Squat 275, & Deadlift 315.
All you need is the proper formula for putting up a maximum effort (ME). Here it is - Bench Press Tip
This includes the most effective way for you to warm up for your lifts. Simply adjust the percentages to your numbers.
Try to give yourself 2 full days of rest before your first max day
PM me if you need help figuring out any of this stuff.

F*ckin sh!t man I'm excited for you! You've already blasted thru ur goals TWO FREAKIN MONTHS in advance!

Hard Work!

I decided somewhat out of the blue to go back to a split routine, and to start off on chest delts and tris. So this is what I did, couldn't max out cuz I did something to a tendon in my left shoulder.

Bench press- 165lbs-8,5,2
Incline press- Did one set and the shoulder pain was too much
Decline press- 135lbs-10/140lbs- 9,6
Over head dumbbell extensions- 50lbs-7,6,8 (wanted to hit the long head for once)
Pressdowns- 40lbs- (straight bar) 8,8,7
Couldn't do any shoulder exercises because of the tendon.

I went to a doctor between my baseball game and when I got done lifting, because I got a pain in my chest a few days ago that hasn't gone away. I guess my heart's fine and I have a tendon that I pulled or something, should be alright in a few days. The doctor said I can keep taking the vitamin, whye protein, the fish oil and b-12. But not to take the glutamine CE2 or Anatorp70 I think I'll just finish off the CE2 and Anator and cycle off creatine for 2 or 3 months I've been on it for like 4 months.

Little more than an hour, but oh well. So here's how my back day went, I did some heavy ass deads and it felt great to pick up all that.

Wide grip pull ups- 14,8,6
Deadlifts- 255lbs-4/ 265lbs-4/275lbs-1
Bent over rows- 135lbs-9/140lbs-5/135lbs-8
A type of rows where you pick up 45 pound plates and row them
^ I did 90lbs-10,10/ 125lbs-6
Ez bar curls- 71.66lbs-8/66.66lbs-8/61.66lbs-6
Preachers- 50lbs-4(R)/ 45lbs-5(R),4(L)/40lbs-6(R), 4(L)/ 25lbs0 15(R), 14(L)
Barbell shrugs- 235lbs-7/230lbs-11,10

Tried to build up my endurance with the light preacher curls and I could still only do 15 damn. Stamina on the deads is real bad too.

Important question here, how do I turn this into more of a powerlifting/strongman type of routine?

I don't really want the preachers or other curls in there, but idk what to replace them with.

Here is my leg day (today) which I hate cuz I never increase my squats, I always find out I'm doing them wrong. I think I need to go to a gym and do free weight squats.

Squats
205lbs-7
210lbs-7
215lbs-5

Hack squats
160lbs-10
170lbs-8
175lbs-8

Leg extensions
100lbs-10
115lbs-9,8

Leg curls
70lbs-10
75lbs07

SLDLs
155lbs-10
165lbs-7
170lbs-6

This too I need to make into more of a powerlifting routine which I need help with. I like the hack squats so I'll keep those, can't do leg press or glute ham raises. I need to replace the extensions and curls.

Thanks for help!
