Thanks bro, I'll do it for sure, I pulled 345 today and I think I'll be able to do 350 easy next time. If I had wrist straps I could have done it today I think.

I've got like 5 of my stoner buddies into lifting cuz I tell em I'll help them out. My friend Mike, today asked if he could bench 205 by the end of this school year and he benches 135ish right now. I told him lift like I say and eat like I say you'll do 215 by the end of the year. I did HIIT with him today and explained anaerobic and aerobic stuff and insulin, lots of **** to him today. He's like damn man you really know your ****.

I tried the cutting down thing and now the problem is I'd be stoned as hell(let I couldn't talk) after 4 gravity bongs my friends will be doing 25. I built up my tolerance to about where their's is which is good cuz I hate being the highest one I feel like the new kid. I have a plan though. I'm lifting Monday-Friday with an off day Wednesday and chilling Satuday and Sunday. That doesn't always mean smoking or drinking just friend time. Cuz I never used to hang out with my friends and I believe that had a diverse effect on me.
Nah bro, I'm off starting Wednesday, I'll pull 350 either on Thanksgiving or a day or two after which is hitting the goal for sure. Honestly I've slowed down, I expected to deadlift 350 by like Nov. 10 but whatever I figure I'll be doing 400 by March which will be close to my next goal, something like that.
When I'm a senior I think in all likeliness I could be deadlifting 550. End of senior year, cuz figure I'm at the rate of 200lbs added a year. I'll be around 425, I expect, by next June which is when I started deadlifting 225. I know that'll slow to like 100-150 a year. So at 100 a year I'd be at 525 by the start of senior year when I'm 17.
Sorry for the ramble but I'm excited to be lifting something like 5 45s on each side.
