^ Haha right, right. I don't actually think I'll get to hard of a time from the coach, I'll just say I have couple powerlifting competitions coming up and I need to focus on them. I really do have one in December that I'd like the actually make it to this time.

Mike, I've tried to rep you like 3 times but it keeps saying I can't yet, I will be able to sooner or later same with MPerk.

Yeah I stayed out of the janitors closet :(. Things with these girls are showing a little let's see if I get some plans today. I ****ing partyed hard last night, and feel a little ****ty this morning but I'll be alright I'm too sore to lift anyway.

I wonder if I can rep you again too hmm.

I'm really having trouble with this, I'm trying to think if I like smoking still. After, 4 grams I had resin in my throat, bad cotton mouth, could barely talk, and just felt overall pretty ****ty. I never have that problem with drinking but it's harder to get alcohol. I guess that'd lower my party time which is alright. I smoke in intervals not at all for a month then every weekend for a month.

The problem is (let me try to show you guys about my lift again) my 2 best friends smoke everyday and I don't hang out with them too much cuz I lift. Lol yesterday they asked me to talk like Arnold. Anyway, so their tolerance is much higher than many and as a result I can't keep up smoking with them. They'll be ****ed up but I'll be retarded. So I have to smoke extra and I'm always higher than they are and don't really talk much cuz I kinda can't form words haha. I def. do have fun and since I'm lifting at school with friends now I think I can balance that out now. At least I'm spending more time with friends.

The worse part is my best friends got both kicked out of my school so I don't see them there anymore. But one lives within walking distance and the other a mile down the road so I'll try to make it work. I hate the changes over the past 2 years **** was better then. Oh well I'm down rambling just needed to get my thoughts down.

At least their's snow down now so I can start snowboarding more with my friends around my house in my spare time.

No lifting yesterday or today cuz I'm sore still, peace.

dude its probably the clean lifestyle you have when your not smoking thats making your next day`s crappy, that and like you said your tolerance is not as high, no pun intended,, so the effects are more pronounced than if you smoked on a regular basis, just take it in moderation bro, keep your head in the right direction, not going to say dont smoke since that was what i did at your age, just be careful with it so it doesnt turn into a everyday habit, then all your hard earned gains will go down the crapper, have some fun snowboarding buddie!! and Dont, break a leg,,

^ Yeah man I know what you're saying. It hasn't been an everyday thing since the summer of 2007. I found a happy medium though, I'm trying to get those friends to come lift weights with me which we are today. And I'm only soking 1 gram at a time instead of 4. Every week's different so I really can't say when I'm gonna smoke or not cuz it depends on the circustances.

Thanks bro, I'll do it for sure, I pulled 345 today and I think I'll be able to do 350 easy next time. If I had wrist straps I could have done it today I think.

I've got like 5 of my stoner buddies into lifting cuz I tell em I'll help them out. My friend Mike, today asked if he could bench 205 by the end of this school year and he benches 135ish right now. I told him lift like I say and eat like I say you'll do 215 by the end of the year. I did HIIT with him today and explained anaerobic and aerobic stuff and insulin, lots of **** to him today. He's like damn man you really know your ****.

I tried the cutting down thing and now the problem is I'd be stoned as hell(let I couldn't talk) after 4 gravity bongs my friends will be doing 25. I built up my tolerance to about where their's is which is good cuz I hate being the highest one I feel like the new kid. I have a plan though. I'm lifting Monday-Friday with an off day Wednesday and chilling Satuday and Sunday. That doesn't always mean smoking or drinking just friend time. Cuz I never used to hang out with my friends and I believe that had a diverse effect on me.

Nah bro, I'm off starting Wednesday, I'll pull 350 either on Thanksgiving or a day or two after which is hitting the goal for sure. Honestly I've slowed down, I expected to deadlift 350 by like Nov. 10 but whatever I figure I'll be doing 400 by March which will be close to my next goal, something like that.

When I'm a senior I think in all likeliness I could be deadlifting 550. End of senior year, cuz figure I'm at the rate of 200lbs added a year. I'll be around 425, I expect, by next June which is when I started deadlifting 225. I know that'll slow to like 100-150 a year. So at 100 a year I'd be at 525 by the start of senior year when I'm 17.

Sorry for the ramble but I'm excited to be lifting something like 5 45s on each side.
