Oh yeah that felt great, I can't wait for the 100s soon! Honestly I think I can do the 100s by the first week in November for 3 reps. Thanks bro, I love lat spreads. Um I'm actually still about 155 it's strange but hey I'm staying in my powerlifting weight class which is always nice. Although I do wanna be a monster and scare people when they see me hahah.

I lifted at school today and it kicked ass. I actually had seniors watching me

Squats
205lbs-10
225lbs-10
235lbs-6
240lbs-4

Leg press
18-10
19-10
20-8
Tried the highest setting on the leg press machine but couldn't do it. I have before though.

SLDLs
205lbs-10
215lbs-9
225lbs-5

Cardio
I ran half a mile and did some stairs too running up and down stairs.

I didn't hae my wrist straps so I couldn't lift as much on the SLDLs as normal. I was in there watching some of the big guys at my school benching and they all do like 225 once which isn't really a lot. My squat numbers are going up fast I'm putting up some goals.

Deadlift 350 by Thanksgiving is one I've had for a while and I'm gonna make it.
Bench 250 by Feb first this'll be a tough one but I can do it
Squats 280 by Feb first should have that easy
DB bench 100s for 6 reps by Dec. 1st I've been waiting on those forever and I'll finally do them soon!

I better scare you! Grr hahah. Thanks Mike, a little update here, I'm thinking of joining wrestling tomorrow. I have no doubt that I'd do well unless I have to wrestle seniors haha. But I'll drop 5 lbs (I'm sure I'll drop that from all the running!) and be able to wrestle only people in the 152 weight class. Should be fun I hear conditioning's a BITCH.

But I need better lungs anyway haha cardio'll do me some good, only problem is I'll be beat and won't be able to lift too well after so I'll have to think about it.

Also I guess they turn up the heat to like 85 degrees so yousweat and lose a lot of weight. **** that. I need that for the creatine and muscle size! I don't know I'm gonna think about it and debate the pros and cons. But for now Ima drink this N.O. Xplode and lift-

Hey, bro. Wrestling is a great sport and definitely one of the hardest sports ever. You're sacrificing a lot doing wrestling, though. Depends, really. I've lost some muscle already and it's only been about 3 weeks since preseason practices have started.
Technique is the most important part of wrestling. It'll always win over strength. Strength will come in handy when the two opponents are close to equal in technique. Speed, explosiveness, core strength, and a good center of gravity are also very crucial in wrestling.
Practices are everyday and you won't have much time to lift, if you'll even want to lift once practice is over, that is.
You might even have to go down to 145 if you still carry a decent amount of fat.
My PRE season practices go like this: (keep in mind this is no where near as hard as the real practices)
1-3 mile run for warm up
5-10 reps of uphill sprints (the distance gets farther after each rep)
10-15 reps of upstairs sprints
1-3 reps of 100 yard pole carries (carrying a partner on your shoulder, holding them as straight up as you can)
1-5 reps of 100 yard sprints (these are killer and harder than you think)

This was today's practice, it was fairly easy but sometimes they can be really hard. If you're unlucky, you'll do a lot of suicides. I almost collapsed on the first preseason practice from these.

If you do wrestling, I guarantee you'll be in the best shape of your life.

Hahaha- to elaborate, lifting is and will always be number 1 over sports. I'll have to just tell the coach that cuz I can cut without them. I wanna keep the water weight, lose a little fat and save my muscle.

When doing wrestling I'll lose that water weight, lose a lot of fat, and lose muscle from not lifting, and all the catabolism inducing running.

Oh, that's a shame. It's an awesome sport. Good to hear how dedicated you are to lifting, though.

Okay - now tell us what you really think....hahahahaha

Az has lots of good points. i think you should go for the wrestling - it will teach you lots of coordination and movement physiology you won't get with lifting alone. Plus the chicks love it...

But seriously dosen't have to be an either/or situation. Do the wrestling for a season and see how you like it. **** you're only 15 - you have 7-10 years of fast growth ahead - a few months of wrestling won't make that much diff.

Good luck bro!

Oh BTW - You scare me too - beligerent Fu*ker!
