I loved the french press I actually have sore long heads of my tris for the first time I think ever. I need to build those up. I'm gonna be big and strong. Focused on strength but I want a great foundation for whatever I deride to do when I'm older.

My collar bone's a little red on each side after push presses still today, I think it's from resting the barbell on it but anyone have any other ideas?

Im so glad I'm finally starting to work my grip that's stopped me in a few exercises before so I bought some wrist straps. But I don't feel right using them on deads idk why I just can't so I need to have my grip good for 320+lbs for multiple reps.

I was lifting at my school in gym and I had a bunch of girls watching me, pretty much everyone in there and they were saying the bar's bending when I'm deadlifting.

I got up to 335lbs 1 rep for them. Didn't wanna max cuz I was just making around but I could have hit 345 I bet.

We'll find out tomorrow or the next day depending on how my lower back feels.

nice work out mike,, looking nice and strong, got the bf measurements in today,, 8.78% at 189 pounds,, getting closer losing the never ending fat stores...thanks for all your support bud!!

nice wirk dude. You really hammered the lower body! What are you doing for grip strength - I always use straps for that reason.

Nice lifts on the french press (The same as skullcrushers?) I love those they really hit the tris - I did decline skullcrushers today and really got a pump.

Great workout for the weekend!

Yeha man I wanted a heavy ass leg day and was in a hurry so that worked well. I just stand and hold dumbbells for grip, I also hold a barbell cuz my dumbbells only go up to 95lbs. Decline stuff's great for triceps, something about gravity, not 100% sure why but it is.

WEll I call french press a barbell pullover basically. My long heads have been sore for like 3 days haha damn.

I haven't got in any more trouble. Oh and what really happened was I got to school and me and my buddy went to go play a little game we like to call Battle ****s. Well I guess my principal was easdropping on us while we were in there and then he accused me and my friend of drawing on the stalls. WE didn't do it, but he made us go in his office and searched us for a black pen which niether of us had then he called me disturbed. He said that I have to sit with an aid on there for the rest of the year too!

Well my lower back is always sore (pretty much) from deads and I need to be able to spread out of the bus or it hurts, with an aid in the sit I can't od this. But anything at that point in front of my whole bus I bitched him out I asked him why he was always accusing me of **** I didn't do and I think I called him a ****ing idiot too. So now you know the real reason, I just was messing around after reading you guys's thoughts and put something up jokingly.

Good new is I have good grades.

DEADLIFTS TODAY GOING FOR 345!! Goal's 350 by Thanksgiving, I posted all my goals for the big three in front of my computer desk. Bench 250 by February and squat 280 3 reps by February too.
