About muscle atrophy - it doesn't happen that fast - a week is a reasonable rest period - you may find that week gives you the recovery you need to go past where u were before. Why do you say you are not sensitive to Stimulants (No Explode)?/ u think it's not working for u now? You may need to cycle it off for 1-2 months to get the same buzz out of it. I think the stims still have an impact on u so just because you can't feel it doesn't mean it's not working. Remember that Baseball player who died by O.D.ing on the ECA stack? ECA is pretty common but he didn't feel the stimulant effect while his heart did. Look into it and do some research rather than jumping to the conclusion that you are not sensitive to them.


Chest day will be great for you after a week off - you'll be killin the weights - enjoy it, bro!
My shoulders are actually starting to have that bodybuilder width to them now! I just notcied that the other day. What the hell's windsurfing haha? I heard that you're only supposted to use a belt on maxes. I'll try to stick to that. I've talked to those guys and others about it.

A plate deadlift is putting the bar up on plates to attempt to work the lockout more. Not sure if it's gonna work or not though.

I do bent over rows for my lats. I wanna build up my lat strength because I've been told that could be the reason I struggle at the bottom of my bench. I also wanna strengthen my lower back though.

I gues you're right about the stimulants, but N.O. products really don't do a lot to help with size or strength I only use it for energy. The **** stopped working for that purpose anyway so I'm not buying it again, I just took a week of and then did 2 scoops and didn't even feel it.

Yeah, the muscles take 10 days to atroph roughly and that's only when they just start to. I think I should have just worked up to the higher sets more.

IT'S THE COTTAGE CHEESE!!! Hahaha I took you man, nah but what ever you're doing keep at it. Nice job. Nah man I'm always gonna be pissed after a workout prolly cuz of the hormones too. I'm gonna be pissed after the one today cuz I won't be using heavy enough dumbbells for as many reps as I should.

It's good though, helps keep me going hard every day. I know what you're saying man I need a balance, gotta enjoy being this age, but also gotta lift heavy ****.

Chest today guys off tomorrow then legs then an ancillary day, delts, tris, grip, bis in that order.

We all have it hard man. I get up at 5:30 in the morning and don't get home till 3:30 talk to you guys for 2 hours lift talk some more bed repeat. Oh yeah and **** loads of food in there too.

Yea bro my days sometimes start anytime of the day or night, sometimes its 1 A.M., sometimes its 8 P.M. all depends on when the trains show up i stand to work, pretty much on call after i get 14 hours off at home, after that its a crap shoot as to when i go,, try planning you diet and workouts with that kind of a ****ed up lifestyle,, thats one of the reasons i had to buy my own workout equipment, never had the time to get some sleep and then make it to the gym before the phone rang for work... but its all coming together now, and we have some 24 hour gyms that opened up close to my home, so i`m hopping i can get a membership with one of those places after Christmas is over and the spending is done..

^ You pierce your ear then slowly putin bigger and bigger earrings till their the right size. My brother has 5/8s of an inch in and I have like 1/4 of a half inch haha I just wannas get to a certain size cuz I have some sick earrings... With glowing pot leafs on them haha.
