Good weight on the deads - i don't know what to suggest for belt or no - I've heard both sides - maybe hit up KM, Gringo or Freak for some advice on that one. You are still growing (especially your back and spine) so you don't want to damage it. KM is VERY knowledgeable about lifting and the science/physiology behind it.
What is a plate dead?
How do you do the barbell rows? bent over or upright? what are you working with them? I'm not sure that's a complementary excercise w/ deads & good mornings. You should also add in some ab work when you do the deads to make sure your core is balanced and that your abs get stronger as your back does.
About muscle atrophy - it doesn't happen that fast - a week is a reasonable rest period - you may find that week gives you the recovery you need to go past where u were before. Why do you say you are not sensitive to Stimulants (No Explode)?/ u think it's not working for u now? You may need to cycle it off for 1-2 months to get the same buzz out of it. I think the stims still have an impact on u so just because you can't feel it doesn't mean it's not working. Remember that Baseball player who died by O.D.ing on the ECA stack? ECA is pretty common but he didn't feel the stimulant effect while his heart did. Look into it and do some research rather than jumping to the conclusion that you are not sensitive to them.

My shoulders are actually starting to have that bodybuilder width to them now! I just notcied that the other day. What the hell's windsurfing haha? I heard that you're only supposted to use a belt on maxes. I'll try to stick to that. I've talked to those guys and others about it.
A plate deadlift is putting the bar up on plates to attempt to work the lockout more. Not sure if it's gonna work or not though.
I do bent over rows for my lats. I wanna build up my lat strength because I've been told that could be the reason I struggle at the bottom of my bench. I also wanna strengthen my lower back though.
I gues you're right about the stimulants, but N.O. products really don't do a lot to help with size or strength I only use it for energy. The **** stopped working for that purpose anyway so I'm not buying it again, I just took a week of and then did 2 scoops and didn't even feel it.
Yeah, the muscles take 10 days to atroph roughly and that's only when they just start to. I think I should have just worked up to the higher sets more.
