Thanks guys, I was hoping you'd notice the biceps. I love them :). Rookie, 21s are doing 7 reps at the bottom of the curl-half way up, 7 at the top and then 7 full. I take like 70 seconds between sets.

so my buddy took all the blame for the white out, I don't think I'll get suspended :) :( good and bad haha.

Cool - that's as it should be- hope they are fair w/ him and just make him clean the bus seat or something. So you don't have to go back to the penetentiary? No more eating in the bathrrom stalls?

hahaha - hope it's all good for u from now on out. From the looks of your avi - you're going to have to step up your eating to fuel the fire dude!

What do you mean bro? The one with my bicep looked small as hell but you could see a good peak, I changed it so this ones more real size.

Haha right him and his white out. Yeah man this pyhton's seeing a lot of action I think I'm gonna make it the first time in 2 months I've drank this weekend and get wasted and **** a new girl! Ok it's been 9 days now since I smoked. That's a big thing for me.

Downing the N.O. Xplode and I'm gonna go kill the weights. And oh yeah I'm not in any trouble this time and I've been able to talk my way out of a lot of stuff lately. Awesome!

Perk, yeha I need a better angle, I do like that pic cuz it shows the peaked bicep though. My brother sucks at taking pictures.

Measured today, I have 14 and one quarter inch arms. Not bad I guess. I'm so pissed about my bench, I just can't increase it no matter what I do!! I just don't get it. I tried doing 20-30 reps today for some shock but I couldn't get past 15 reps even with 75lbs cuz the build up of lactic acid, I could feel the weight light as hell but the muscles were just burning.

I don't know what to do. More time off? Stop going to failure I have no idea. I'm at a loss. I might put in what I did today but idk it sucked **** I'll say that. I get so worked up over this **** I know but I mean wtf, I can't increase my reps and weight to save my life.

have you thought about maybe taking a month off of bench pressing and doing dumbbells instead? you could be at a plateau in your bench and have your mind all messed up with not making your gains like you wanted... step back - take a breather and reanalyze your routine, mix it up and shock some different area`s of your chest, then come back to bench after taking some time off, just a suggestion bro, sound like its getting stale...
