My first birthday my daddy taught me to deadlift, I was lifting a 25lbs bar at the end of that day with perfect form!

Mperk, great advice, I'm actually taking of my lunch period today to go get caught up. It sucks but I gotta do it. I'll take 5 minutes out of his class later for a meal it'll even out haha. But I think I'm always eating if I'm not I'm thinking oh **** I gotta go eat.

Bulk then Cut, good to see you back again, it's going pretty good man. You're failing math ****, gotta pass that **** man. Coming from me right haha. I failed math freshman year and now I'm taking it again this year. That's prolly the only reason I'm passing it.

im straying totally away from the point but i cant seem to be able to stress my chest the way i want to and i alwas seem to end up working my shoulders
big big problem for me
any help ??
