ive used nutrex lipo 6 before. To be honest I didnt get great fat loss with it although if ur diet is spot on and your cardio is at the proper level there is no need to use them. Try it without first and see how your bodyfat drops then next time use a fat burner and see if there is much/any difference. I would like to bet thaqt there will not be much difference in fat loss. Keep you diet clean and you should be fine without.

i've lost 85lbs without fat burners already

im trying to lose the left overs though, im losing roughly 2-3 lbs per week now. My problem is, i shrink, but i'm still a ****in pear. With bitch tits, lovehandles and back fat.

my diet is spot on, 250grams of protein/day. give or take 50 grams

cardio is good, my weight training program is intense.

I just want to give a round of fat burners a shot to see how it helps. For about a month at least.

Im on Nutrex Lipo 6 and so far its good. I havent been on it for long but its doing everything ive expected so far. Fat burners are like any other supplement, everyones body responds differently to different things. If you really want to take things to the extreme try Animal Cuts. Its effedra free but its powerful as hell. I tried it for a day and it ****ed w/ my blood pressure too much. that reminds me, be careful with fat burners, some of them work too well and can cause more damage than help.

honestly I would recommend drinking Green Tea 3 times a day. Look at the ingredient list of most fat burners and guess what the most common ingredient is.
