Pro Complex PM is an Augmented Protein System (APS) specifically formulated to help support muscle recovery and repair while you sleep. The APS in Pro Complex PM includes a blend of complete (Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Sodium Caseinates plus Whey Protein Isolate) and partially hydrolyzed proteins (Glutamine Peptides, Hydrolized Whey Peptides) as well as isolated amino acids like L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Taurine and the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). Together these components deliver an almost time-released stream of essential nitrogen to help support recovery throughout the night while you sleep.

Is it worth it? Or another casein protein would be exactly the same thing? It also has ZMA in it, but as far as i know, ZMA should be taken on an empty stomach to work Your opinions please

I have never tried this one but (imho) 2 scoops of whey in 1% milk and 1tbs of natty PB on a slice of 100% whole wheat bread is a great pm shake/meal.

As far as taster it is good in chocolate flavor. but IMO a whey shake with some flax oil b4 bed is just as good. Take 3-4 ZMA caps 30 mins b4 the shake for absortion. Also I read that all casein is digested almost as fast as whey unless it is micellar casein which takes hours to digest. And since the first ingriedient in that powder is calcium casein a whey shake with some flax oil is just as good.

...lol....I meant just do a whey shake in milk (1% adds a little fat + the casein to slow the digestion) plus the natyy PB also gives good fat to also slow the digestion. You can skip the bread if you want

It's more of a before bed "meal" then shake.

I had the same question as you. For years, I was just taking the regular 100% whey and a tbsp of natural pb before bed. Then, I figured I'd try out the PM formula. Been on it for several months and no huge improvements physique wise. I'm planning to just go back to the regular whey after my last PM bottle runs out. Plus the whey's cheaper.
