Da Pump NPC Lightweight Join Date: Dec 2005 Posts: 21 Rep Power: 0	After 12 weeks on it says to take 4 off. Could i take something like Anavol or Xpand during the 4 weeks? or should i stay off all nitric oxides for the full 4 weeks?
