I used to do exactly your weekend plan and it didn't go very well...I mean i lost a bit of weight but nothing serious. I personally believe that a weekend of cheating can destroy all of your gains from a clean week.
I also think that one cheat meal a day is too much as well. Think about the caloric bump it will be to your daily totals, it will most likely put you above your caloric limits for losing weight and you will be likely to gain weight.
As crappy as it sounds, one cheat meal a week is all you really need...and if you're really serious, make it one cheat meal every 2 weeks. How I stay sane with it, is to make that cheat meal really worth it and focus on taste rather than volume. Why would I waste my one cheat meal on Mc****s when I could have prosciutto and wine instead?
