this might be hard to belive but i just got back from the gym i weigh myself there like 4 days ago and i was at 154 i never got the scale to go higher than that without my boots on. i just weighed myself now at 159 in my boxers. i useually wear my socks t shirt and sweat pants when i weigh 154. so according to that scale i gained 5 lbs in 2 days. It sounds immposible yes the only explanation i can think of is that the scale needs to be calibrated. or is it possible my body just tweaked out on the introduction of that
substance? it would explaine why i felt so crappy all day. for like 2 days i felt like that actually.
