what should i eat befor and after training ?

i am eating after training some cottaeg cheese (250 grams) and i wanted to know if there is any thing better to eat after training ?

and what i need to eat befor training ?

Before your workout eat some slow digesting carbohydrates and a protein shake.

After your workout you need faster digesting carbs and good source of protein.

yea FLEX is right man carbs b4 workout gives u power and lots of protien after workout ur body will build good muscle fibers

I eat a bagle and a protein shake before and I have a chicken breast and potatoes or rice afterward.I drink gatorade and water during and have a banana.

i always have oatmeal and protein powder before workout.
