I eat a bagle and a protein shake before and I have a chicken breast and potatoes or rice afterward.I drink gatorade and water during and have a banana.
i always have oatmeal and protein powder before workout.
Do you count this towards how many carbs you have during a day? Just asking as you'd burn it off easily wouldn't you? One last question, when you eat how long do you wait before you work out?
