Maybe this belongs in the supps. But just curious to what you guys take.

I take:

Creatine
NO2
Fish Oil
Multi-vitamin
Green Tea (I just drink it lol)
Whey

I try to take Rockhard stuff whenever possible.

Eh, if it belongs in Supps it'll get moved...

Anyways:
-Protein, usually 100% Whey by ON. Probolic-SR by MHP is good before bed/between meals.
-NO2
-TRAC creatine
-Multi
-Some thermogenic, currently Leanfire by Instone
(and no, I don't take thermogenics year round or overly rely on them like some people)

I worked at a supplement store for awhile so my discounts were pretty sweet so I stocked up while I could.

Hey man, for that price, as long as the formula's good, I'd gladly pay $20 for 6lbs. I've learned to choke down pretty much any type of protein shake by this point so taste doesn't really bother me. (And yes, I'm more than aware you guys can easily make a joke about the "being able to choke down" any protein shake so let's leave that one alone. )

ON is like $30 for 5lbs online which isn't bad at all, although with their new type (100% Whey Gold) I noticed "flakes" and stick to cups more than normal shakes. Anyone else notice this?
