I dont know if i posted this here before but ive been taking creatine now for a few months. It worked great i got the strength gains, recovery and muscle fullness. Suddenly it just stopped working and i could tell because the main thing is i lost the fullness to my muscles. I switched types like cee, mono and even tried glutramine and nothing. Can someone please give my tips , i thought you didnt have to cycle it.

its best to cycle creatine 5 weeks on one week off, least thats how i do it. I use CGT10 its an awesome brand of creatine and its 24 ollars for like 2 weeks supply, but each serving has glutemine and taurine in it also. Greta product. Made by optimum nutrition.

glutemine is not a creatine substitute u can take glutemine when ever u want with creatine or with out. glutemine is an amino acid that speacializes in cellular recovery.

I've been taking CGT10 as well for almost a year now. I take like 2 sevings a day and after a w/o I take EAS Phosphogen cuz its has more carbs in it. My question is have any of you experienced better gains from different types of creatines like Creatine Ethly Ester? I was just wondering if ther is a big difference from regular creatine in CGT10 and any CEE products in powder for? (I don't like the caps cuz of the amount you have to take to get 5 grams of creatine)

yup, ya might go on a loading phase when you first start, but when ya get use to it. Take it for 4-6 weeks, and stop for 2 weeks. Your body will lose it toloerence for creatine, and so will start to work efficently again
